Data is collected either by providing it directly to the Cherry Tree or via a booking sites that transfer the
information to Eviivo.

The data is stored securely within UK Data Centres and accessed on a “least privilege basis” by associated staff

We use your information only to provide services that you have requested from us (meal bookings /
Accommodation / Events) and our legal basis for processing is “Contractual” in this case

We have CCTV on site that is deleted on a 30 day rotational basis and all recordings are stored in a locked office
